- Can I run real HESA submissions on Free?
- No — Free is for evaluation against synthetic data. Pro and Enterprise tiers run live HESA Data Futures submissions and OfS returns.
- What does Enterprise unlock that Pro doesn't?
- OfS Regulatory Advice CSV builder, hash-chained audit log browser, drift detection scheduler, higher AI Assistant daily budget cap, unlimited institutions and seats, SSO (OIDC/SAML), and 24×7 support with a named CSM.
- How is the AI Assistant billed?
- Included with Pro and Enterprise — but with a daily token budget cap (£/tenant/day) to prevent runaway costs. The cap is higher on Enterprise. Hitting the cap shows an upgrade prompt; usage resets at UTC midnight.
- Can I self-host?
- Yes (Enterprise). The platform ships with a Helm chart, Terraform module, CycloneDX SBOM and cosign-signed image attestations. Air-gapped installs are supported via the offline bundle. See docs/OFFLINE_DEPLOYMENT_GUIDE.md.
- What's your support SLA?
- Free: community + docs only. Pro: 1 business-day email response. Enterprise: 24×7 named CSM, 1-hour critical-incident response, quarterly review cadence.
