FHU Databridge does NOT automatically lift your tier on payment. A team member provisions your tenant manually inside one business day — this keeps the entitlement path auditable for HE governance committees.

  2. 2Our team is notified and provisions your tenant DATABRIDGE_TIER_<TENANT> within one business day.
  3. 3You receive a confirmation email; your /v1/me immediately reflects the new tier.
  4. 4If you don't see the upgrade within 24 hours, email support with your Stripe receipt id.
