Load-leg connectors that write mapped candidates into a governed downstream ingest — distinct from the read-only source adapters above.

    The governed load leg: maps canonical candidates into SJMS-5's POST /v1/migration/students/ingest (dry-run first, per-row transactions, tenant from the caller's credential — never the payload).

    Returns SKIPPED_NOT_CONFIGURED until SJMS5_INGEST_URL and a credential (SJMS5_INGEST_TOKEN, or SJMS5_INGEST_PERSONA on a demo twin) are set. A Bearer token always outranks the persona header.
